Tyler A. McIntire, 18, Blairsville, died Wednesday, October 5, 2016, at his residence.

The son of Mark Reese and Catherine McIntire, he was born July 16, 1998 in Johnstown.

Tyler was a senior at the Blairsville High School. He loved football, music and spending time with his family.

Surviving is his mother, Catherine McIntire, Blairsville, father, Mark Reese, Johnstown; step father, Robert William Shirley Sr., Blairsville; siblings, Robert Jr., Emma, and Shawn Shirley, all of Blairsville. grandparents, Patricia Luker and her fiancée, Richard Hart, Johnstown, Mark and Rose McIntire Sr., Josephine, Barbara Reese, Johnstown, and step grandfather, Thomas Shirley Sr. and wife Clara, Blacklick; two special cousins, Sarah McIntire and Ray Hinton; an aunt, Jessica Shingler; uncles, Allen Luker, Donald Shingler, and Mark (Tabitha) McIntire, all of Johnstown; and many friends.

Preceding Tyler in death were his great grandparents and great uncles.

Friends will be received on Saturday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 pm at the John A. Lefdahl Funeral Home, Indiana. Funeral service will immediately follow in the Lefdahl Chapel at 8 pm with Rev. Micah McMillen, officiating. Interment will be private.

In lieu of flowers, the family ask that memorial contributions be made to the John A. Lefdahl Funeral Home, 898 Old Rte. 119N Indiana, PA 15701.
