Glenda and family - Sorry to see the obit of your Dad. He had to have been a good man because of the positive values he and your Mom evidently nurtured in you.

My family and I would like to express our deepest sympathy over the loss of John.
May you find comfort in your loving memories and the warmth of family and friends. A scripture that has uplifted many who have experienced such a loss, is found at Revelation 21:4. There it describes a time when death and pain will be gone forever. We will even see our loved ones again who we have lost in death (John 5:28 & 29). It is our hope that these words bring you a measure of comfort during this difficult time as well. Once again, please accept our condolences as you deal with your loss.

I am sorry for your lost. May you find comfort in God's word the Bible. Jesus said: At John 6:40 For this is the will of my Father, that everyone who recognizes the Son and exercises faith in him should have everlasting life, and I will resurrect him on the last day.
May the hope and promises in this Scripture bring you comfort and strength to endure the difficult days ahead. Please visit jw.org (Search Comfort)
