Sally Ann Brendlinger, 60, Graceton, passed away July 28, 2017 while at Beacon Ridge Nursing Center.       

The daughter of Donald and Grace (Hilty) Brendlinger, Sr., she was born January 24, 1957 in Indiana.

Sally was a loving mother and grandmother who cherished the time she spent with her grandchildren, especially Kylee “Meaniebumm”.  She was a graduate of United High School and had spent many years living in Oklahoma prior to moving back to Pennsylvania.  Her family was the most important thing in her life.

Surviving are her children, Carry Wensel, Gina Myers, and Kristen Stiles, all of Homer City; eight grandchildren, Santana, Hailey, Destanie, Libby, Emily, Nikolas, Kylee, and Sofie; one brother, Donald Brendlinger, Jr.; and three sisters, Donna Smith, Mary Howard, and Gracie “Boots” Lundy, all of Indiana.

Preceding Sally in death were her parents; companion, Larry Griffen; an infant brother, and two additional brothers, Ed and Bob.

Friends will be received on Monday from 6 to 8 pm at the John A. Lefdahl Funeral Home, Indiana.  Funeral service will immediately follow in the Lefdahl Chapel with Rev. Micah McMillen, officiating.

The family would like to offer a special thank you to nurses Cyndi, Candy, and Danielle of Aseracare Hospice for their kindness and care.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the John A. Lefdahl Funeral Home, 898 Old Route 119 N, Indiana, PA 15701 to assist with funeral costs.
