Paula Elma Ondo, 50, Indiana, PA, passed away Wednesday, July 13, 2016 while at the Windber Hospice Center.

Born October 23, 1965 in Indiana, PA, she was the daughter of Paul and Alma (Wisor) Ondo.

Paula was a member of the Summit Church. She was a devoted and loving mother and grandmother.

Paula was self-employed in the cleaning industry and a very hard worker. She was a woman who also devoted her life to helping others. In her spare time, she enjoyed attending yard sales, and taking walks at Blue Spruce Park.

Surviving are her children, Ashley Eiselman, Indiana, Jay Ackerson, Indiana, and his partner, Dianna Ibberson, Osceola Mills, Nathan Ackerson and wife Elizabeth, Indiana, and Alan Ackerson, Indiana, and his partner, Ashley Warren, Marion Center; grandchildren, Ciara Eiselman, Indiana, Aubree Ackerson, Indiana, and Kiara Ackerson, Marion Center; a brother, Gregory Ondo, Punxsutawney; sisters, Florence (William) Conway, FL, Cheryl Shultz and her partner, Bob, Homer City, and Bonnie (Jerry ) Stewart, Dixonville; several nieces, nephews, and cousins; and her pet, Hobie.

Paula was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Paul Vaughn Ondo.

Friends will be received on Sunday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 pm at the John A. Lefdahl Funeral Home, Indiana. Funeral service will be conducted Monday morning, 11 am in the Lefdahl Chapel with Rev. Paul Price, officiating.

Interment will follow in the Oakland Cemetery.
