Terry Girardi

Terry Girardi, age 77, passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday, June 23, 2020.  

The daughter of Howard and Olive Moore, she was born February 14, 1943 in Indiana, PA.

She was a graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania where she worked for many years.  Terry will be remembered as a loving wife, mother and amazing grandmother.

Surviving are her husband, Joseph F. Girardi; daughter, Kristi Knowles (Michael); grandchildren, Maddie and Theo Knowles; siblings Debby Brown and Ricci (Al) Kline and numerous nieces and nephews.

Terry was preceded in death by her parents, daughter, Jamilee Stoup, and infant son, Matthew.

Terry and Joe loved their rescued greyhounds. Memorial donations can be made to Monica’s Heart Greyhound Adoption, 1887 Bellmeade Drive, Altoona, PA  16602.

A Celebration of Life has been planned for Saturday, June 27 from 2 to 4 p.m. at the John A. Lefdahl Funeral Home.  A memorial service will immediately follow in the Lefdahl Chapel with Rev. Micah McMillen, officiating.
