Tammy Renee Smart

Tammy Renee Smart, 58 of Indiana, passed away on Friday May 10, 2024 at Indiana Regional Medical Center. 

 She was born to Lewis and Jessie Mae (Allen) Smart in Queens, NY. 

 Tammy was a loving, kind, and generous person who helped anyone in need.  She worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant. Tammy was one of Eight children. She enjoyed spending time with family, watching movies, and cooking. 

 She is survived by two daughters, Gairra Carter and Tashina Wigfall, and son, Cleve Phillips. She has 6 grandsons, & 6 granddaughters. Tammy also is survived by two sisters & two brothers, along with a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.

 She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, and sister.
