Susan Jane (Pease) Helman, 79, Indiana, died Wed, Nov 27, 2024, at IRMC, Indiana, PA.

The daughter of Russell M and Mary M (Kanouff) Pease, she was born Sept 8, 1945, in Ernest.

“Janie” had been employed 20+ years by Indian Haven before her retirement in 2002.  She was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles, Indiana, PA.

Surviving is/are her son, William J Lemmon; siblings, Joan Stancombe, Patricia (Michael) Frampton, and Gary (Theresa) Pease; grandchildren, Jessica Walker, Shania Lemmon and Dakota Lemmon; 5 great grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, caring friends, neighbors; and her beloved dog, “Pretty Girl”.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by brothers Robert, Richard and Terry; brother-in-law Ted Stancombe; sister-in-law Mary Pease; nephew John Stancombe; and long time companion James Boucher.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations can be made to the First Church of God, 541 Lutz School Rd, Indiana, PA 15701 where Pastor Matt Lantz will have a memorial service on Tues, Dec 17 at 6:30 PM.
