Robert "Carl" Carlton Montgomery

Robert Carlton “Carl” Montgomery, 95 of Shelocta, passed away on Wednesday, January 15, 2025 at Indian Haven.

He was born March 30, 1929, to William Gerald and Cora Belle (Johnston) Montgomery at Home, PA.

He is survived by three daughters, HOPE Condrick, Elderton, Leisa FAITH Bruner (Randy), Shelocta, Carla CHARITY Frazee (Stephen), Friendsville, MD, 12 Grandchildren, 14 Great Grandchildren four Great Great Grandchildren, a daughter-in-law Debbie Montgomery, Shelocta and numerous nieces and nephews.

Carl was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Stella May (Lydick) Montgomery on January 24, 2023, a son Robin Carlton Montgomery, a son-in-law Ron Condrick, two brothers and seven sisters.

Friends will be received on Monday, January 20, 2025, from 2:00 PM until the time of service at 6:00 PM at the John A. Lefdahl Funeral Home, 898 Old Rte. 119 Hwy N., Indiana, PA 15701, with Pastors Joshua Webb and Dick Motzing officiating.

Interment will take place at Elderton Cemetery.
