Richard W. Phillips

Richard W. Phillips, 63, of Indiana, passed away on Wednesday January 24, 2024.

He was born to John and Jean (Maines) Phillips in Spangler.

He served with the United States Army and worked at Specialty Tire before his retirement. He enjoyed his home in West Virginia.

He is survived by his wife Mary Phillips, Indiana, three daughters, Kimberly Phillips, Ashland, Stephanie Phillips, Burnside, Amanda Phillips, Indiana, and a son Justin Phillips, Arcadia, two sisters Cathy L. Smith, Indiana, Twila Brink (Dan), Marion Center, brothers, John L. Phillips (Carol), Glen Campbell, Joseph Phillips (Tavia), Glen Campbell, James Phillips (Pam), grandchildren, Great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Services are private and have been entrusted to the John A. Lefdahl Funeral Home, Indiana.
