Patrick Joseph Shipley

Patrick J. Shipley, 77, of Indiana, passed away on September 7, 2025, at his residence.

The son of Berdeles Shipley and Sarah (Keane,) he was born December 23, 1947, in Zanesville, Ohio.

Patrick belonged to Indiana Moose #174, Kittanning Elk Post #203, American Legion Junction City, Ohio #376, and the Indiana Eagles 1468. His hobbies included moto cross, motorcycles, and playing card games. He loved the Ohio State Buckeyes and never met a stranger. He will be remembered as a loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and friend to all.

Surviving is his loving wife of 56 years, Judith A. (Brunton) Shipley, children; Elissa (Brian) McKain, Treasure Lake, PA, Patrick Shane Shipley (April), Indiana, PA, Kara (Sestino Jr.) Ciummo, Pittsburgh, PA, a sister; Nancy K Shipley, Indiana, PA, grandchildren; Jade Waddell (Brandon), Patrick Joseph Shipley, Athena Shipley, Sestino Ciummo III, and great-granddaughter; Camryn Waddell.

Patrick was preceded in death by his parents.

A Memorial Service will be held on September 13, 2025 with visitation from 11 AM until the time of service at 3 PM at the John A Lefdahl Funeral Home, Indiana, with Toby Dishong officiating.
