Michael John Kakabar

Michael John Kakabar, 73, passed away, Saturday, October 29, 2022 while at his residence.

The son of John E. and Beatrice E. (Chappell) Kakabar, he was born June 12, 1949 in Johnstown, PA.

Michael enjoyed baseball, movies, and music but especially enjoyed fireworks.  He was an avid Donald Trump supporter.

Surviving is his wife, Christina (Toth) Taylor-Kakabar; children, Lisa Marie Kakabarand her fiancé Brandon Saylor, and Michael John Kakabar, Jr.; sisters, Mary K. and Marion K. Kakabar; and grandchildren, Abigail Bernadette Abrams, Kali Mae Harris, Cheyenne Taylor-Sherry, and Joseph Paul Taylor.

Michael was preceded in death by his parents; first wife, Bernadette Marie (Rezk) Kakabar; stepchildren, Richard Charles and Joseph Paul Taylor; and sisters, Deborah and Judith.

Funeral arrangements are private and have been entrusted to the John A. Lefdahl Funeral Home.
