Mark Ryan Blazavich passed away on March 1, 2020 at the age 38, following at a brief illness. Mark was originally from Indiana County, Pennsylvania and is survived by his wife, son, parents, brother, and sister.
Mark was a graduate from Marion Center High School and Indiana County Technology Center. After graduation, he joined the United States Army and served as a Tank Mechanic at Fort Hood. He was honorably discharged as a decorated Specialist after serving for four years on Active Duty.
At the time of his passing Mark was employed as Maintenance Mechanic by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. Mark was an avid fisherman who enjoyed spending time on local lakes and rivers. He enjoyed shooting sports and spending time at the Sportsman's club. Mark participated in many volunteer opportunities and would always help when needed. He will be remembered for his unique sense of humor and quick wit.
Friends and family will be received on Saturday from 1 to 3 pm at the John A. Lefdahl Funeral Home in Indiana, PA. A funeral service with full military honors will be held immediately after the viewing in the Lefdahl Chapel with Pastor Kal Henry, officiating.
