Linda K. Miller, 78 of Cherry Tree, formerly of Brush Valley, passed away on Thursday, April 1, 2026 at Conemaugh Hospital, Johnstown, PA
She was born October 10, 1947, to Vernon K. and Juanita (Stafford) Holley in Harrisville, WV.
Linda was most recently a member of Cherry Tree Church of Christ. She was a lifetime member of the Indiana Church of Christ. Linda married William W. Miller on July 1, 1967. They lived for 33 years in Brush Valley and 16 years in Cherry Tree Indiana County PA. She worked at Robert Shaw, and participated as a longtime foster parent to several. She enjoyed sewing, crocheting, camping, fishing, reading and audio books for the blind. Most of all she loved spending time with her family and friends.
She is survived by her husband of 58 years, whom she married July 1, 1967, William W. Miller, Cherry Tree, formally from the BrushValley Homer City area three daughters, Holly R. Miller, Linesville, Juanita M. Rosa (John), Homer City, Bonnie Boston, Cherry Tree, six grandchildren Kayla (Garrett) Hamrock , Shane (Fantasia) Rosa, Zachery (Corrina) Miller, Matthew Muir ,William (Kylie Wise) Muir , Rachel (Nathon) Lingenfelter, 14 great grandkids *Quinn ,Sawyer William Miller. *Mark, Landon, Henley Rosa, *Grant, Grace Hamrock. *Kayden Muir. *Jayda,Raya Muir. *Raelynn, Cassidy, Autumn Lingenfelter, Several cousins, two sisters-in-laws, Wanda Miller, Virginia Miller, and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, a brother Kenneth R. Holley, a son-in-law Eugene Shiley, brother- in- law Eugene Miller and In-laws Vivian & Jonas Miller and three nephews.
Friends will be received on Tuesday, April 7, 2026, from 2-4 and 6-8 PM and also on Wednesday from 11:00 AM until the time of service at 12:00 PM at the John A. Lefdahl Funeral Home, 898 Old Route 119, N. Indiana, PA 15701.
Interment will take place at Greenwood Cemetery.
