It is with deep love and sadness that we announce the passing of Kathryn Eileen Mintmier, our beloved mother, grandmother, and friend, on May 28, 2026, at the age of 75. Born on January 29, 1951, in Camp Cooke, California, she lived a life of devotion to God and unwavering love for her family. On August 1, 1969, Kathryn married the love of her life, William Albert Mintmier in Baumholder, Germany, where they met. They had three children and were devoted to one another for 49 years of marriage until William passed away in 2018. Kathryn spent her whole life serving and caring for others through her nursing career and numerous lifelong ministries in the church.
Kathryn is survived by her children, Eileen (Curtis) Stitt, William (Kimberlee) Mintmier Jr., Jennifer (David) Shoenfelt, her grandchildren, Breeanna, Allison (Justin), Laura (John), Justin (Tabitha), Alayna (Nathan), Jacob (Lauren), Jeremy, Evan (Madison), Joshua, Jaeleya (Justin), Bailey, Elena, great grandchildren Cooper, Jaxon, Bella, Kairi, Elsie, and her brother Ralph Resch Jr.
