John was a diehard Pittsburgh Steelers fan who always yelled at the TV with a cold beer in hand. John also enjoyed NASCAR races and classic cars. John had a sharp tongue for nonsense and always had a story to tell.
John is preceded in dealth by his parents Martha and Merle Ruffner and his brother Kenny Ruffner.
John is survived by his two children, Brian Walker (Vicki) of Mayport PA, and Steven Walker (Heather) of Charlotte MI; grandchildren Guy Moslak Jr., Jordan Walker, Braeden Walker and Ariana Walker; siblings Bonnie Ruffner, Cheryl Knepp, Sue Hellings, Tom Ruffner, Lisa Ruffner and Jeff Ruffner as well as many nieces, nephews and friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Saterday May 3, 2025 from 2pm-6pm at Marion Center Park Hall. We would like to invite anyone with a classic car to please bring it out in memory of John.
