James Gardner Obituary

James Andrew Gardner, 49, Kittanning, died Saturday, June 6, 2020 while at the Kittanning Care Center.

The son of Dale Eugene and Lylia Jean (Lute) Gardner, he was born April 26, 1971 in Indiana, PA.

Jim was an active man who enjoyed fishing, working on cars, wood working and more. He especially cherished the time spent with his wife and children.

Jim will be remembered as a loving husband, father, brother, and uncle.

Surviving is his wife, Lorinda (George) Gardner; children, Gregory Gardner, Indiana, Cherie and Kimberly Gardner, Punxsutawney, Julie Gardner, Indiana, and Matthew Gardner, also of Indiana; siblings, Leroy (Jessica) Gardner, FL., Donna Baird, Clymer, JoAnn Shirley, Heilwood, Dale Gardner, Penn Run, Lyliajane “LJ” (Marc) DiBiase, Blairsville; nieces and nephews, Colleen, Joey, Brandon, Carl, Amanda, Justin, Timmy, Chrystle Gardner, Isiah Henry, and KyLeigh Ballmen.

Preceding Jim in death were his parents and a son, Michael Shawn.

Funeral arrangements will be private and entrusted to the John A. Lefdahl Funeral Home.
