Carol Ann Clawson

Carol A. Clawson, 77, of Indiana, formerly of Ruskin, Fla passed away on Friday, November 7, 2025.  She was born in Homestead on March 26, 1948 in Saltsburg, PA to the late Walter H. and Catherine (King) Airhart.

She was preceded in death by her husband, James Clawson in 2005.

She retired and was the former owner of Creative Clerical Services of Indiana.

Carol enjoyed her time camping at Kibbe’s Island Campground along the Allegheny River in Tionesta for 42 years.

She is survived by her daughter; Carolyn Davis (Edward) of Blairsville, her sister; Marilyn (Ted) Battick of Florida, brother; Ron (Laura) Airhart of PA., grandchildren; Bernardo Scott of Butler, Andrea Davis of Blairsville and Blake Davis of Blairsville, Isabella Davis of Blairsville.

Carol loved all of her dogs; Teddy, Sam, Louise, GiGi.

In addition to her husband James, she was preceded in death by an infant son.  

A Mass of will be celebrated November 21, 2025 at 10 am with Father Joseph Pham at the Church of Good Shepherd, 100 Good Shepherd Drive in Kent, Pa.
