Barbara Hillegas

Barbara Ann Hillegas, 84, Indiana, passed away Monday, February 10, 2020 at her residence.

The daughter of William and Ann Harris, she was born December 8, 1935 in Johnstown, PA.

Barbara was a member of St. Bernard of Clairvaux Church.  She had been employed as an accounting clerk for many years.  Barbara enjoyed needlepoint and spending time with friends.  She will be remembered as a loving wife.

Surviving is Barbara’s husband of 62 years, Donald Hillegas and special friends, Judi Zelensky, Mary Barkley, Sandy Williams, Beth and Tim Taylor, and Danny Lieb.

Barbara was preceded in death by her parents.

Friends will be received on Monday from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the John A. Lefdahl Funeral Home.  A Blessing Service will immediately follow in the Lefdahl Chapel.

Interment will be private at the Grandview Cemetery, Johnstown.
