Anthony Marusa Obituary

Anthony “Tony” Marusa, 63, of Indiana, passed away peacefully at his home on Sunday, October 21, 2018.

The son of Joseph and Mary Marusa, he was born May 21, 1955 in Dixonville, PA.

Anthony was a coal miner for 38 years but loved being at home, watching wildlife, and spending time with his grandchildren.

Anthony is survived by his loving family, including his wife, Angela (Plavi) Marusa; brother Ronald “Odie” Marusa; children Preston, Jason and Juston Marusa and their spouses Kim, Mandy, and Laura; grandchildren Caleb, Abigail, Haley, Aaron, JR, Imala, Mica, and Atreyu who range in age from 8 to 20.

A simple home service was held for family. Funeral arrangements are private and under the direction on the John A. Lefdahl Funeral Home.
