Stella Stitt

Stella Viola Stitt, 88, Home, PA (formerly of Marion Center), passed away Thursday, September 12, 2019 while at Crystal Waters Personal Care Home. 

 

The daughter of Brunick and Mary (Gordish) Cukrzynski, she was born July 1, 1931 in Young Township, PA.

 

Stella was a long-time member of the Shiloh Baptist Church.

 

Surviving are her children, Virginia (Joseph) Sollinger, Michigan, Jean (Keith) Weaver, Pittsburgh, and Kenneth (Candy) Stitt, Indiana, PA; 7 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

 

Stella was preceded in death by her parents; husband, James T. Stitt; son, James A. Stitt; sisters, Maryann Raichle and Blanche Dunlap; and a brother, Brunick Sugar, Jr.

 

A memorial service will be held on Saturday at 2:30 p.m. at the Shiloh Baptist Church, Deckers Point.
