Shirley Kobak

Shirley Jean Kobak, 79, Indiana, passed away Tuesday, October 15, 2019 while at Beacon Ridge.  

The daughter of Chloris and Viola (Gibson) Morrison she was born April 26, 1940.  

Surviving are her children Debra Kobak, Robert (Mary) Kobak, Kimberly (Willard) Fulton, Tammy (Peter) Harvey, Kelly (John) Nanni, and Stacy (Robert) Gabler and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.  

Shirley was preceded in death by her parents, husband Andrew J. Kobak and two sons Edward and John Michael Kobak. 

Friends and family will be received on Wednesday from 4 to 6pm at the John A. Lefdahl Funeral Home.  A funeral service will immediately follow in the Lefdahl Chapel.

Interment in the Sacred Heart Cemetery will be private.

In lieu of flowers a charitable donation can be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
