Robert Biggs

Robert Raymond Biggs, 77, Indiana, died Saturday, May 26, 2018, at St. Andrews Village.

The son of Stephen and Anna Marie (Sobiak) Biggs, he was born Aug. 5, 1940, in Ernest.

Bob was a resident of Indiana County for most of his life. He was employed as a coal miner and later self employed as a backhoe operator. Bob loved God and was thankful for the many Christian friends who visited and prayed for him during his illness.

Surviving is his step-brother, Larry Biggs, Home.

Preceding Bob in death were his parents; sister, Esther Biggs; an infant brother; step-brothers Stephen and Bill Biggs; and step-sister, Joanne Biggs.

Friends will be received from 1 to 3 and 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at John A. Lefdahl Funeral Home. A funeral service will immediately follow in the Lefdahl Chapel with Pastor Robert Dunsmore officiating.

Interment in St. Bernard Cemetery will be private.
