Richard Paul Rorabaugh, 64, Commodore, died peacefully, January 2, 2018, while at the Communities at Indian Haven.

The son of Paul Leslie and Mary Ann ( Benardini) Rorabaugh, he was born December 24, 1953 in Indiana, PA.

Richard had been employed for 30 years for Taylor Services, Blairsville. He was a loving father and grandfather who was always there to lend a helping hand.

Surviving is his companion Carol Montgomery; mother, Mary Ann Rorabaugh, Indiana; children, Richard S. “Scotty” Rorabaugh and his sister, Cristal Rorabaugh, both of Commodore; grandchildren, Brianna and Cassie Roberts, Commodore; a brother Frank (Pam) Rorabaugh, Chino, CA; sisters, Paula (Clyde) Wheeler, Clymer, and Nancy Whitney and her partner Ron, Palm Springs, CA; and his dog, Buckaroo.

Preceding Richard in death was his father.

Funeral arrangements will be private and under the direction of the John A. Lefdahl Funeral Home, Indiana.
