Richard McCombs Obituary

Richard Carl McCombs, 82, Indiana, passed away Sunday, June 9, 2019 while at Indiana Regional Medical Center.

The son of Orley and Ruth (Shultz) McCombs, he was born November 21, 1936 in Cherryhill Township, PA.

Richard had been employed by many different businesses throughout the years including Mabon’s Sterling Service, Don Huey Custom Building and Hull’s Farm and Lawn Equipment. He was a member of the Church of Christ. Richard enjoyed wood working and gardening, reading books about the west, and watching westerns on television.

Surviving is his wife, Frances (Bertuzzi) McCombs; daughter, Jacqueline Tersine and her husband, James; brother, Randy McCombs and his wife, Chris; sister, Dolores Miller and her husband, Gerald.

Richard was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Larry, Tom, Gilbert and Melvin.

Funeral arrangements are private and under the direction of the John A. Lefdahl Funeral Home.
