Elizabeth A "Betty" Gibbons

God gained another angel on May 22, 2018, Elizabeth A. “Betty” Gibbons also known as our special Bubba. 

The daughter of Samuel Gibbons and Ruby (Jewart) Conley, she was born August 17, 1965 in Indiana, PA.

Bubba was a beloved sister, aunt, mother to her stepchildren and her great niece who was her whole world.  Her favorite past time was spent doing plastic canvas crafts for all of her family and friends.  Bubba as spent the past 22 years with her significant other, Jeffrey.  The past 15 years she spent raising her very special niece, Harley Deyarmin. 

Surviving is her significant other, Jeffrey Keith, Commodore; special niece Harley Deyarmin; stepchildren, Wendy (Eugene) Lute, Clymer, Heather Deyarmin, Indiana; brothers, Ernest (Dawna) Gibbons, Hastings, Steve (Angie) Conley, Creekside; sister, Edna (Ed) Lutman, Penn Run; stepsiblings, James, Kevin, Bobby, Joella, Janice, all of South Carolina; step-grandchildren, Kevin, Aaron, Kirsten Lute, and Nikki Guthrie, all of Clymer; nieces, Jessica Patterson, Rebecca Hozak, Angela Mauk; nephews, Ronald Lahman, Ben and Matthew Gibbons; and many great nieces and nephews.  Kevin Lute is also a great nephew.

Preceding Bubba in death were her parents; great nephew, Dustin Detwiler; stepsiblings, Dawn and Daryl; stepdaughter, Ashley Keith. 

Bubba will be surly missed by her family and every life she has touched in her own special way.

Friends will be received on Saturday from 4 to 8p.m. at the John A. Lefdahl Funeral Home.  A funeral service will immediately follow in the Lefdahl Chapel. 

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the John A. Lefdahl Funeral Home, 898 Old Rte 119 N, Indiana, PA 15701 to assist with funeral arrangements.
