Elizabeth Genchur Obituary

Elizabeth Doris Genchur, 85, passed away Wednesday, March 21, 2018 at Indiana Regional Medical Center.

The daughter of Joseph and Margaret (Kanyan) Kundla, she was born December 24, 1932 in Ernest, PA.

Elizabeth was a graduate of Indiana Area High School and she was a member of the Indiana Congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses. Elizabeth had a love for cats and enjoyed participating in home Bible studies.

Surviving are her children, Gary (Janice) Genchur, Windber and Marjorie (Edward) Stains, Indiana; and her grandchildren, Justin (Marissa) Stains, Indiana and Josiah Stains, Indiana.

Elizabeth was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Michael Genchur; sister, Esther Peters; and brother, Joseph Kundla.

A memorial service will be held on Sunday at 3p.m. at the Indiana Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses with Daryll Petrus, officiating.
