Elene Sester Obituary

Elene J. Sester, 81, died Wednesday, April 18, 2018 at Indiana Regional Medical Center.

The daughter of Ralph and Bettie (Montgomery) Carlson, she was born January 4, 1937 in Waverly, IA.

Elene was a loving mother and grandmother who enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and furry babies.

Surviving are her children, Noel Sester, Julie Sester and her husband, William Yanoschick, Laurie Sester, Andrew Sester and his wife, Tina; grandchildren, Lyla and Drew Sester and Alyssa Geroux; and a brother Logan “Ralph” Carlson.

Elene was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Eugene R. Sester; and a sister, Carol Carlson.

Funeral arrangements are private and under the direction of the John A. Lefdahl Funeral Home.
