The angels from heaven came and took our precious Angel, Deloris (Dee) Marie Wingrove (Colish) to be with the dear Lord, our Savior after a long protracted battle with cancer.  Dee passed away on August 30, 2017 at Indian Haven Nursing Home.  She was born on July 23, 1938 in Creekside, Pennsylvania, the daughter of the late Peter and Dorothy (Ferringer) Colish.  She was a member of St. Thomas More University Parish Church in Indiana.  Dee lived her entire life in the Indiana area and graduated from Indiana High School in 1957.  She was a loving wife and mother to her beloved husband and children.  Dee worked in various occupations over the years, but the one she loved the most was caring for young children.  She enjoyed spending time with her family and especially enjoyed attending the many activities of her children and grandchildren.  Dee was a country music fan and enjoyed attending concerts and auto racing with her husband.

Dee is survived by her beloved husband of 59 years, Harry Franklin Wingrove, her three children, Thomas (Cristina) Wingrove of Home, Pennsylvania; Tamra (Timothy) Smail of Apollo, Pennsylvania; and Gaylynn (Terry) Kunkle of Creekside, Pennsylvania; seven grandchildren, Craig (Keisha) Brocious, Gary (Emily) Kunkle, Brianne Smail, Alexa Kunkle, Brandon Smail, Cameron Smail and Byron Wingrove; four great-grandchildren , Brooklyn and Amelia Brocious, Jenna (Vivin) and Hunter Kunkle and numerous nieces and nephews.  Dee is survived by her sister, Jean (Bernard) Pluchinsky, Elyria, Ohio; sister Marjorie (James) Williams of Indiana, Pennsylvania; and sister, Bonnie (Shawn) Houck and their son, Nathan of Indiana, Pennsylvania; sisters-in-law, Roseann (William) Colish of Erie, Pennsylvania and Mary Lou (Virgil) Peightal of Chestertown, Maryland.  Dee was preceded in death by her parents and siblings, William Colish of Erie and Richard Colish of Indiana, Pennsylvania.

Friends will be received from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Sunday at the John A. Lefdahl Funeral Home in Indiana, Pa. An additional hour of viewing will be held Monday from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. with a Funeral service to immediately follow in the Lefdahl Chapel with Father Alan Polczynski of St. Thomas More Parish, Officiating.  Interment will be private.

The family would like to express their heartfelt gratitude to the doctors, nurses, and aids who cared for Dee over the last eleven years, especially Dr. Raminetti, Dr. Cash, the nurses at Infusion center at Indiana Hospital, the nurses and staff at Indian Haven Nursing Home, and 365 Hospice for their loving care.
