Christopher Michael McKeever, 30, Tennessee, died Friday, December 1, 2017.

The son of Kim McKeever, Clarksburg and Debra Filler, Creekside, he was born March 16, 1987 in Indiana, PA.

Chris was a graduate of Indiana Area High School and later was a graduate of the Nashville Auto Diesel School where he graduated with high honors.

Chris had served as Corporal in the United States Marine Corps.

Whenever he was not working, he enjoyed fishing, being with his horse Jasper, talking to his dad and aunts and uncles. Most importantly, He loved spending time with his son. Chris was well loved by friends and family and will be sadly missed.

Surviving is his father, Kim McKeever, Clarksburg and mother, Debra Filler, Creekside; son, Thomas McKeever, Worthington, PA; sister, Trista McKeever, Indiana; brother, Kim McKeever II, North Carolina; niece, Mila McKeever, Indiana; aunt and uncle, Wendy and Bubba Johnson, TN; aunt and uncle Alma and Dave Stoker; uncle, Ray Filler and his fiancée, Bonnie Boring, Blacklick; and aunt Sherry Malarchik, NC, who was like a parent to Chris.

Preceding Chris in death was a brother, Troy McKeever.

Friends are invited to pay their respects from 1 to 3 pm Thursday at the John A Lefdahl Funeral Home, Indiana. A memorial service will immediately follow in the Lefdahl Chapel with Military rites provided by VFW Post 1989, Indiana.
