Brian Slater, 40, Indiana, died Friday March 1, 2019 at his residence.

The son of Frank (Lisa) Slater and Brenda (Henry) Castro, he was born August 8, 1978, in Indiana.

Surviving are his father Frank and wife Lisa; mother, Brenda and her husband David Castro; significant other, Terry Shaffer; sister, Michele Oswald; brother, Frank (Veronica) Slater Jr.

A memorial service will be conducted on Sunday, March 10, 2019, 1 PM at the Seventh-Day Adventist Church located at 1496 Indian Springs Road, Indiana, PA

In lieu of flowers memorial donations made be made to the John A. Lefdahl Funeral Home, 898 Old Rte. 119N, Indiana, PA 15701
