Thomas Cecil Spadafora, 59, Indiana, passed away Thursday, January 5, 2017, while at West Penn Hospital.

The son of William A. and Phyllis (Lamantia) Spadafora, he was born February 23, 1957 in Indiana, PA.

Thomas attended Indiana Area High School. He was self-employed and the owner/operator of Spadafora Auto Repair for 26 years in Homer City.  Tom was employed at The Roadster Factory for five years where he fell in love with Triumphs and MGB's.  Tom reopened his shop as T.K. Custom Auto in January of 2012.   Tom frequently enjoyed having lively discussions with friends and customers about current events at the shop.  

His interests included the outdoors, hunting and fishing and riding his quad.  He especially enjoyed sharing these outdoor experiences with younger family members and friends. Most recently, Tom enjoyed wood working and building furniture. He loved rebuilding and racing his Oldsmobile Cutlass.  He enjoyed reading the bible with his wife.  He was also a member of the Indiana Elks, Lodge # 931

Friends will remember Thomas as a unique individual who loved spending time with his wife and grandchildren. He loved his wife dearly and possessed a deep sense of love and desire to help his family.

Surviving is his wife, Karen (Millard) Spadafora; children, Tory John (Yelena) Spadafora, and Thomas L. (Sara) Spadafora, all of Cleveland, OH.; step son, Chip (Traci) Stapleton, Mansfield MA.; grandchildren, Charlie, Jack, Ian, and Henry Stapleton, Mansfield, MA. Jase Thomas Spadafora and Austin John Spadafora, Cleveland, OH., brother, William, Indiana; sisters, Jenna- Marie (Vince) Celtnicks, Indiana, Debra A. (John) Reilly, Indiana; brother-in law, Paul Millard; sisters-in-law, Cindy Millard and Pam Lent;  nieces Dawn, Deonna, Bridget, Rachelle, Sarah,; nephews, John (Nicole), Ryan,  Bill, Chris, James, and Adam; and numerous other family members and friends.

Preceding Thomas in death were his parents.

Friends will be received from 5 to 6 PM, Thursday, January 12, at the John A. Lefdahl Funeral Home, Indiana.  A memorial service will immediately follow in the Lefdahl Chapel.
