Theresa Ann Poole, 47, Home, passed away Sunday, November 19, 2017 while at Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center.

The daughter of James McDonald and Phyllis Reeger, she was born March 5, 1970 in Tacoma, Washington.

Theresa was a 1988 graduate of Marion Center Area High School where she ran track and cross country.  She had been employed as a CNA by Cherryhill Manor.  Her interests included crocheting and crafts.  She also loved to sing.  Most notably she enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and nephews and will be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother, sister and daughter.

Surviving is her father, James McDonald and his wife Susan, Northeast, MD and Phyllis Reeger, Home; children, Alyssa (Nicholas) Westover, Alverda, Kevin and Cody Poole, Blairsville, and Cheyenne Daigle, South Carolina; grandchildren, Dante and Haylie Poole, Home, Dakota Westover, Alverda, Bentley Daigle, South Carolina and Christopher Westover, Alverda; sisters, Ruby Mae (Chris) Firestone, Tremont and Della Marie Reichenbach, Home; nephews, Brentt McDonald, TJ, Braden, and Hunter Reichenbach; and step-niece and step-nephew, Danica and Damien Devine.

Preceding Theresa in death were her maternal and paternal grandparents and brother-in-law, Timothy Reichenbach.

Friends will be received on Friday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at the John A. Lefdahl Funeral Home.  Funeral service will be conducted Saturday morning at 11 a.m. in the Lefdahl Chapel.

Interment will follow in the Smicksburg Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the John A. Lefdahl Funeral Home to assist with funeral expenses.
