Robert James Rae, 85, Blacklick, passed away Friday, March 3, 2017 at his residence.

The son of Robert P. and Marie (Kapusnak) Rae, he was born January 28, 1932 in Pittsburgh.

Mr. Rae was a Veteran of the Army.  His interests included collecting stamps and coins, fishing, camping and hunting.

Surviving are his children, Robert M. Rae, Brackenridge, PA, Gerald L. (Sandy) Rae, Norfolk, VA, and Charles D. (Candice) Rae, Lower Burrell, PA; ten grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren; brother, James Rae, TX; second wife, Alice Wilhelm, Arnold, PA. 

Preceding Mr. Rae in death were his parents; daughter, Marie Richter; granddaughter, Cindy; brothers, Jerry M. and Marty Rae; sister, Dolores Lawrence; first wife, Leona Kust; and third wife, Gloria Walker.

Funeral arrangements will be private and under the direction of the John A. Lefdahl Funeral Home.
