Robert E. Bolinger Sr., 84, Indiana, passed away Monday March 12, 2018 at Indiana Square Personal Care Home.
The son of Charles and Marie (Baum) Bollinger, he was born January 15, 1934 in Indiana PA.
Bob was a long time employee of Rochester and Pittsburgh Coal Company and was very active with the Indiana Shriners. He was also a member of the Indiana Franklin Lodge #313, a social member of the VFW Country Club, and an avid hunter and fisherman.
Surviving are his children Linda Bolinger Proud, Punta Gorda, FL., Robert Jr. and wife Debbie, Lebanon, TN.; grandchildren, Heather Proud, Keirstin and Catlin Proud, Andrew, Clifton, and Emma Bolinger; great grandchildren, Kyle and Lilly Horvath, Willow and Conner Proud, Eli, Etta and Wren Bolinger; brother, Charles Bollinger and wife Lola Bollinger, FL.; sister, Nancy Barachie, PA.; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Preceding Bob in death were his wife Betty Jane Bolinger (Stiffler); parents; sisters, Phyllis, Alice, and Dorothy; brothers, Tom and Jerry.
Funeral arrangements will be private and under the direction of the John A. Lefdahl Funeral Home.
