Nancy Lee Murphy, 68, Indiana, passed away Wednesday, November 29, 2017 with her loving family by her side.

The daughter of Leroy and Lula (Blystone) Harmon, she was born June 22, 1949 in Indiana, PA.

Nancy was a member of the Lighthouse Church in Starford.  As well as being a homemaker, she was the co-owner of Murphy’s Auction Service and owner of Murphy’s Melody Mountain Manor PCH. 

Everyone who knew Nancy called her grandma.  She will be remembered not only as a generous and caring person but also a devoted mother and grandmother.

Surviving are her two children, Thomas (Toby) Murphy and Tammy Boring, both of Indiana; grandchildren, Jeremy, Joshua, Ethan, Emily, Hailie, Michael, Connor, Morgan, Riley, Jensen, and Nicholas; and six great-grandchildren.

Preceding Nancy in death were her parents:  husband, Thomas; and a brother, Richard Harmon.

Friends will be received on Sunday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. in the John A. Lefdahl Funeral Home, Indiana.  An additional hour of viewing will be held on Monday from 10 to 11 a.m. with funeral service to immediately follow in the Lefdahl Chapel with Rev. Ken Brown, officiating.

Interment will be in the Oakland Cemetery.
