Lynda Diane Young, 66, Indiana, died Tuesday, June 20, 2017 in Winder, PA. 

The daughter of Homer and Dorothy (Stewart) Byers.  She was born September 11, 1950 in Indiana, PA.

Lynda will be remembered as a loving daughter, mother, grandmother, and sister who enjoyed reading and shopping and listening to the Beatles. 

Surviving are her parents, Homer and Dorothy Byers, Indiana; a daughter, Jaime (Richard, Jr.) Zaliznock, Carrolltown, three grandchildren, Loryn, Richard III, and Nicholas Zaliznock, all of Carrolltown; a sister, Cyndi (William) Chervenak, Indiana; and brother, Ed (Jeanette) Byers, Indiana.

Friends will be received on Sunday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at the John A Lefdahl Funeral Home, Indiana.  An additional hour of viewing will be held Monday morning from 10 to 11 a.m. at which time funeral services will be conducted in the Lefdahl Chapel with Rev. Jerry Hoch, officiating. 

Interment in the Oakland Cemetery will be private.
