Lois Ann Stiver, 85, of Indiana went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, October 5, 2016, while at St. Andrews Village. 

The daughter of Robert and Romayne (Simpson) (Frycklund) Stiver, she was born January 19, 1931 in Hastings, PA.

Lois was a graduated of Hastings High School, a member of the Church of Christ, and past Matron of Honor for the Eastern Star.  During her lifetime, she had been employed by the A&P Grocery Store, Bilo, and was also a caregiver, seamstress, and ceramic teacher.  Her hobbies included knitting and reading.  She will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, and grandmother who took pride in caring for her family.   

Surviving are her children, Brent D. Stiver, Gregg Stiver and wife Connie, all of Indiana; three grandchildren, Dustin Stiver and wife Alyssa, Pittsburgh, Christine Stiver and husband Dominic Terlizzi, Baltimore, MD, and Shaina Vasbinder and her husband, Corey, Pittsburgh

Preceding Lois in death were her parents; husband, Raymond; and brothers, Robert and Harry Frycklund.

Friends will be received on Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the John A. Lefdahl Funeral Home. Funeral service will be conducted at 11a.m. Saturday morning in the Lefdahl Chapel with Pastors Jack Lucus and C.J. Moffett, co-officiating. Interment in the Greenwood Cemetery will be private.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association 1100 Liberty Avenue, Ste. E-201, Pittsburgh, Pa 15222.
