Linda M. Kline, Shelocta, died Monday, July 10, 2017 at her home following her battle with pancreatic cancer.

The daughter of Ed and Alice Valuchuck, she was born September 13, 1951 in Indiana.

Linda was a member of the Mt. Zion United Methodist Church in Girty.  She attended Elders Ridge Schools and worked for Apollo-Ridge School District for 15 years.  Linda had a big heart, loved polka festivals, and listening to polka music.  She loved going to flea markets.  She was a great cook and baker.  Linda will be deeply missed by family and friends. 

Surviving is her husband, Seth Kline, Shelocta; daughter, Sonya Controll, Carrollton, OH; grandchildren, Bree Laizure, Bowerstown, OH and Brandon Laizure, Witersville, OH; great-grandson, Zaden Laizure, Bowerstown, OH; brothers, Ed Valuchuck, Homer City, Ricky Valuchuck, Clarksburg, and Ronnie (Cindy) Valuchuck, Aultman; and a sister, Janet (Jim) Altman, Blairsville.

Linda was preceded in death by her parents and a son, Mark.

A service of remembrance will be held at the Mt. Zion United Methodist Church in Girty on Friday, July 14 at 4 p.m.
