Jamie Marie Yatsko, 34,  Shelocta passed away  Wednesday, May 11, 2016, surrounded by her loved ones at the Allegheny General Hospital.
Born November 29, 1981 in Indiana, she was the daughter of the late James Yatsko and Kathy (Yatsko) Rummel.
Jamie attended Cambria Rowe Business College and was a member of the Sagamore VFW, Post 6555.  She also was employed at Beacon Dare Care where she enjoyed making the children smile.
Jamie is survived by her mother Kathy (Bender) Rummel; step father Glenn Rummel Sr., Shelocta; Jamie’s fiancée, Thomas Brown Jr. Shelocta; sisters, Stacy Yatsko, Shelocta, and Brandy Rummel and her fiancée, Jacob King, Indiana; along with numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Preceding Jamie in death were her father; James Yatsko: paternal grandparents John and Mary Yatsko; uncle, Johnny Yatsko; maternal grandparents, William and Ruth Bender; and a step grandfather, Ernest Rummel.
Friends will be received Sunday, May 15, 2016 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 pm at the John A. Lefdahl Funeral Home, Indiana, with funeral service to immediately follow in the Lefdahl Chapel with Pastor Todd Stanley, officiating. Interment in the St. Anthony Cemetery will be private.
In lieu of flowers the family has asked to receive the gift of generosity to assist with funeral expenses.  Donations can be sent to the John A. Lefdahl Funeral Home 898 Old Route 119 North Indiana Pa 15701.
