Greggory C. Pennington, 38, Sagamore, passed away Tuesday, August 22, 2017.

The son of Marvin “Ted” and Debra (Minich) Pennington, he was born March 28, 1979 in Kittanning, PA.

Greg was a graduate of Marion Center Area High School and also a graduate of Indiana Vo-Tech.  He enjoyed fishing, motorcycling, gardening and repairing vehicles.  Greg was an employee of Indiana Marble and Granite.

Surviving is his mother and father, Marvin “Ted” and Debra Pennington, Beyer; his significant other of 20 years, Nettie Knupp, Sagamore; son, Damien Knupp, Sagamore; sister, Amy Pennington, Beyer; brothers, Steven (Cindy) Pennington, Numine and Jerry Pennington, Sagamore; nephew, Timmy Shank, Brockport; nieces, Brittany Shank, Marion Center, Jessica Good, New Bethlehem, and Brooke Pennington, Numine; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Preceding Greg in death were his paternal and maternal grandparents.

Friends will be received on Friday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the John A. Lefdahl Funeral Home, Indiana.  Funeral service will immediately follow in the Lefdahl Chapel with Rev. Micah McMillen, officiating. 

Interment in the Sagamore Cemetery will be private.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the John A. Lefdahl Funeral Home, 898 Old Route 119 N, Indiana, PA 15701 to assist with funeral costs.
